 Light of the mountains

Daily practices open from  28 th March  - 10th April 

Drop in period for how long you want to stay with a daily program.

 

The intention  will be to re-set, reconnect with our  inner selves utilising forces of growth and renewal in the spring time.

This will be a chance to unplug, go off-line and re-Wild with the deep nature with a daily programme happening you can join as much or as little as you like .

This is not a retreat in the normal sense, it's an opportunity for the community to be at this nature sanctuary , made financially accessible to all with flexibility in length of time. 

 

Easter time at the Sanctuary in Serra De Estrela . 

Connecting with the pristine life force  in the mountain wilderness  for this  season of  renewal, growth and rebirth

Stay for as many days as you like within the period for our daily program of meditations, Live healing music baths  , devotion, prayer  and re-wilding nature immersion. 

Jason and eartha will be holding a daily schedule at the sanctuary for this sacred  time of resurrection (spring) after death (winter). 

You can come for a as how ever long you please within these dates but we suggest a minimum of 3 days .

We aim to do hold in a lot of silence, meditation and prayer

High in the  deep wilderness of  the Serra de Estela natural park you will be held with a daily schedule that will leave ample time for self nurturing  within  the elements of mountains and huge vistas into the sky and sunsets

 

 

 

 

Our Shala and Nature Sanctuary.

We will have our practices in the shala and out in the many magical and mystical spots around the sanctuary and beyond.

The shala  A large bright, acoustic space with windows on all sides with huge views of sky, forest and sunset. 

Our loving and welcoming  temple dog "Gauri" will be here to  make you feel at home also. 

Retreats basic outline.. 

Everyday there will be : 

  • Guided heart meditations to connect to the heart of the living energy of the mountains 
  • Sunset Practices.
  • Live healing music immersion . 
  • Guided silent walks .

Accommodation and food

 

Our aim is to make this financially available to all, therefore this will be a self catering period. There will be no cook for the retreat. There is a kitchen for us to share cooking, food cost and cooking with be your responsibility and the group will share and cook together or you can cook and eat alone if you wish . You wont have to go out to town for supplies if you want to stay on the landscape , shopping will be arranged for you .

Accommodation will be in glamping style bell tents , you can bring your own camping equipment if you want and the cost of your stay will be reduced significantly
