• Heart meditations and prayers

• Holy oil myrraphore ceremony, 

• Mountain walking/ hiking.

• Sunset meditation/ gazing.  

Ample time for self nurturing  within the elements of mountains and huge vistas into the sky.

Its an opportunity to unplug, reconnect and regenerate held in the power of the mountains we aim for alot of time in silence and being .

The Sanctuary is held 1000 meters up on the edge of the Serra de Estrela mountain range in north Portugal.

It's full of pristine life force in a protected ecological zone with no other development for many miles around.

Only wild nature for many  miles, with walks right into mountain valleys, forests and crystal  water granite rock pools for cold water therapy dips .  

The sanctuary itself has massive sweeping , unbroken views off the sky and sunset.

Practical details..

 

Please be aware this is not a luxury retreat / pampering experience , this is  a pilgrimage to a wild and sacred nature sanctuary with very basic amenities. 

The land and surroundings are very hilly and mountainous.   

This pilgrimage is financially available to everyone and is not being done with  business / commercial motives , its for the community be together in the beloved heart.

 

We will be camping / glamping on the land and using a compost toilet, we have a hot gas powered  shower ( using spring water ) and  very basic kitchen set up .

 

 

 

The money pay will go toward the Sanctuary , Jason , Hannahs and eartha costs and our hire costs of the glamping company. (unless you bring your own camping equipment of course) 

 

The sanctuary is  spread over on 2 hectares of private land surround by only wild nature.

The practices will out in the nature as well as in our shala .

Accommodation  is in Glamping bell tents or in your own tent if you wish to bring that.

Food 

To keep the cost down and make this financially available to everyone we are not hiring a full-time cook  but we will have one  delicious vegetarian cooked lunch cooked for us   per day by our local retreat chef  .

We will be responsible for our own snacks  and our second meal each  day most likely we will all cook together for that second meal of course teas and biccys  will be supplied and available to make any time. Portugal has very good fruit available so it's good if we have fruit breakfast altogether. But just to be very clear the cost and buying of supplies outside the one meal a day is each participants responsibility, but of course Jason will help with shopping when it's needed.

Jason will help with getting supplies from the local town so will not need to think  going off site and arranging shopping but if you are driving it would be best to arrive with the supplies you need  for the first few days at least.  If you coming with your own camping stuff and not driving then we can get your food supplies sorted  for you .

Costs / Donation to the sanctuary

As explained, this is not a profit during commercial endeavour. All the money will be covering costs of the Bell tents and the daily mail being made as well as Jason Hannah and eartha's costs the prophets will be fed back into the sanctuary / ecological project. 

 

We have a sliding scale of cost depending on your income, will dictate what you can pay.  but if you really are in genuine  financial difficulty, please pay get in touchy get in touch and we will try to help.

550 to  1650 euros per day .

This includes all daily practices held by Eartha , Jason and Hannah , shared bell tent accommodations and one wholesome cooked vegetarian meal per day, plus ofcourse covering all the organisation of this pilgrimage 

Transport and location  (This is a pilgrimage 🌺)

The sanctuary is 15 minutes from Seia city, which is a two hour hire car or taxi drive  or three hour bus ride ( bus cost is €15)  from Porto airport or four hours bus ride from Lisbon airport.

So preferably fly to Porto, if you come on the bus then once you are in Seia city bus station you can get a €12 taxi to the mountain and then you will either be picked up for very short drive up the track  or will hike up 15 minutes up the hill from there if you are up for it .
